Join us for a family and leisure ride as part of the National Clarion Autumn Meet. Our ride is aimed at family groups and those wishing to enjoy a leisurely ride. Everyone is welcome. Our journey will take us on a circular ride from Coalport via Ironbridge using the National Cycle Network Routes 45 and 55. We will be cycling from Coaport to the Greenwood Centre with a chance for a stop off and lunch break as part of the annual Apple Day held at the Greenwood Centre, Coalbrookdale. We will then return to Coalport via Rough Park Way and the Silkin Way. Our route will be mainly on off road dedicated cycle routes with one short section on a road as we pass over the Ironbridge along the Wharfage to Coalbrookdale. Parts of the Rough Park Way are suitable for cyclists but can be muddy, especially after heavy rainfall so extra care may be needed for this short section.
