Have you been putting of a ride? feeling unfit? Or are you just nervous and want to give it a go, then this is the ride for you. I am that person above and often will find any excuse not to go as I don’t want to be the one holding everyone else up. So this is the perfect ride for you and me. Come join myself ( Anita) and my good Friend Anna on a short easy going ride from Newport ( meet Co-operative carpark TF10 7SJ) to Gnosall, Norbury junction café then back to Newport. So go clean your bike off, check your tires and oil your chain then meet me at 11:30 am on Sunday, simple cya there :0) NB Suit cyclocross , hybrid, mountain & rode bikes although may be muddy on back lanes
